SHIPPING

Processing & Shipping Time

  • Orders are typically shipped within 7 days of being placed.
  • You’ll receive a tracking email once your package has shipped.
  • Processing or carrier delays may occasionally extend this timeframe.

Delivery Times

  • U.S. orders: usually arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
  • International orders: delivery time varies by country and customs.
  • Customers are responsible for any import fees, taxes, or duties charged by their local government.

Carrier Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for carrier issues, including delays, lost, or damaged packages.
  • We do not offer replacements or refunds for carrier-related delays or lost packages once shipped.

Incorrect or Invalid Address

  • Address information is entered directly by the customer at checkout; we cannot edit or correct it after purchase.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, the customer must contact us by email.
  • Refunds are issued once the returned package is received, excluding the shipping fee.

Shipping Fee

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable and typically range between $6–$8 depending on the carrier.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping, which typically costs $6–$10 depending on carrier and location.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Allow 3–5 business days for funds to appear on your payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support immediately with photos.

Order Changes or Cancellations

  • Once a tracking number has been created or the order is shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
